Ron Christian has been in the business of assisting organizations, groups and individuals to achieve results for 20 years. He is a senior consultant with Experience It Inc., leading the delivery of management and leadership business simulations and experiential programs to a wide range of private and public sector organizations.

Ron heads up Experience It’s delivery practice as lead facilitator, managing program delivery, conducting the trainer programs, and supervising facilitator team members. Ron consistently receives extremely high evaluation ratings for his delivery of programs across North America, Europe, Asia and South America.

Ron provides facilitation services in a broad range of areas, including management and leadership development, managing change and transition, team effectiveness and quality and process improvement. Ron is known for his ability to create high-energy, collaborative learning environments. His engaging and pragmatic approach contributes to his popularity and high demand.

A certified organization development consultant, Ron holds a master’s degree in adult education and developing human resources from the University of Toronto’s Ontario Institute for Studies in Education and a bachelor’s degree in psychology with honors from the University of Waterloo. He also earned an advanced accreditation from the Canadian Society for Training and Development.
