The Five Orders

The First Order:

Leaders must fundamentally believe in the genius of each student that they invite on the journey. They must also accept this to be true about themselves and accept that their uniqueness is their greatest gift to the world.
The Second Order:

Leaders must provide mirrors to their student’s actions, which can show their forgotten brilliance. They can then identify the relationship between actions and results and where gaps might exist.
The Third Order:

Leaders must create a context-rich environment that, by its every nuance, leads students to further suspend disbelief and give themselves over to the story.
The Fourth Order:

Leaders must build and help identify the markers for students to be able to find the lessons they as individuals have come for.

The Fifth Order:

Leaders of our magical explorations must be the first to drop off the dark cliff. Hesitation is acceptable, for there are real risks. Leaders don't have to hide those real risks from their students, but being second off the cliff is not acceptable.
